Honey glazed chicken




Ingredients: chicken breasts, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of salt , ½ teaspoon of pepper/ ½ cup of honey, ¼ cup of butter, ½ to 1teaspoon of red pepper, and 1 teaspoon of garlic.


First you in a small sauce pan bring the honey, butter, garlic, and red pepper (I only used about 1 teaspoon of red pepper because some people in my family don’t like It.) to a boil over high heat ( it says medium heat but it won’t boil)  until thicken for 2 min.  Cut the chicken breast in to pieces. Put the chicken breast in a pan and brush the sauce over.  Bake it at 425 for 25 min until golden brown.  My family really liked it.
