Ingredients:
4 large tomatoes sliced ¼ inch thick, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of
balsamic vinegar, ½ teaspoon of salt, ¼ teaspoon of ground pronto pepper, 1/8
teaspoon of garlic powder, and 1 (4 ounce) container of crumbled feta cheese.
First you
arrange the slices of tomato on a serving platter. In a container with a lid,
whisk together oil, and the next four ingredients. Drizzle over tomatoes and
top with feta cheese and oregano leaves, or parsley leaves, or cilantro leaves.
